The Product:
I was surprised and delighted to receive my package from JAC. All the gear was to be found in a slick black box with a tight-fitting magnetic lid - tres iPhonique. (I bought my hi-fi as much on the basis of how the buttons on the amp felt as how the whole thing sounded!) .
The product is elegant and distinctive, and gives a good vaping experience. At 10.3 cm, The E-cig itself is about the size of a '100' or 'International' sized 'analogue' although perhaps a little larger in diameter. I think bigger is fine, but even if you're not so keen, there's a great pay-off. I have been vaping this bad boy all day, on one battery, and I'm a pretty heavy vaper. Nice.
The products are very competitively priced, and offer the advantage of a PCC (the Excel) that can charge two batteries at the same time - this is very useful in the real world. They offer a decent range of e-liquid at excellent prices. Product Rating: 9/10
The Company:
When I approached Jac for a sample of their product to review, they responded quickly. This company is on-the-ball. This is a dynamic company, that wants your business, something I always like to see. I had just mentioned casually that I liked the idea of the Excel even though we had discussed another pack. WIthout further ado, the Excel was substituted, and I'm glad it was. This is a great PCC and has top functionality. I suspect I will have to go some to find a better PCC at such a good price. The website is good and easy to navigate. I don't have as much experience with Jac and for that reason alone mark them slightly lower than ROK for Company Rating: 8/10
